kiddo cutes

It's that time of the month again -- some of the funniest things that have come out of the mouths of our little ones. Seriously, some days these kids make me want to pull all my hair out and run away to the circus or something. A lot of days, honestly. Especially lately when we've been staying home all day the days M has to work. Two or three days in a row of not leaving the house gives us all cabin fever ... not only do we all get a little grumpy, but I'm pretty sure some of our sanity slips out the window, too. I think the best part is that now that he's getting older, L is joining in on the "Where did he learn that from?" fun! {Guess that means I need to get a new banner for these posts, too!}

S: "That's Daddy's favorite dog ... a butchy dog!" {A bull dog}

Mom: "Good morning, babe!"
S: "Morning ... {walks towards Mom} I want a hug ..."
Mom: "Of course!"
S: {veers away from Mom} ... "From Daddy!"

Mom: "Oooh ... is that my bed? I think it is ... it looks comfy."
L: "Nooooo! Dat's L's bed!"
Mom: "No way. It's my bed. And my doggie, too!"
L {getting mad}: "Stop! Don't say that!!!"

Mom: "S, will you bring me L's cup so I can get it ready for dinner?"
S: "Sure, but he won't need to eat ..."
Mom: "What? Yes he will."
S: "No, he won't. I fed him breastmilk. He's full now!"

S: "Phew! That came out fast."
Mom: "Huh?"
S: "I Pooped. I pooped fast ... 'cause my poop must be scared of the rain and thunder too..."

That last one ... I just cant. Sorry if it's a little *too much* for some of you ... but honestly, I needed it written down somewhere, for posterity's sake. Because there is no way this kid is going to grow up and think she was all sunshine and roses all the time! At least I'll have proof that she was just as crazy and out there as she believes her parents are!
