5 for Five

Another Monday morning!!

Our weekend plans were a complete bust. We were supposed to head to Jacksonville to visit with some friends, do some fishing, and hit up the beach. But at the last minute, their youngest got some major allergy attacks that they are trying to figure out. Since she hasn't been sleeping good because of it, we all decided to postpone the trip until a time when we can all relax and thoroughly enjoy ourselves without being overly tired.

So we hung out close to home, instead! Which was a bummer, but completely understandable. And we made the most of our time together, which is what's really important!


Last week's goals were: 

1. Read a chapter in my book -- keep chugging along until the book is DONE!
2. Donate all the stuff accumulated in the kitchen corner
3. Deep Clean the Master Bedroom
4. Attend the End-of-Summer-Reading Party
5. Pack for our weekend visit to Jacksonville

2/5. Not a great week, but honestly, I'm okay with that. The tail end of the week was a total bust, between our car getting towed to the dealership just to get a flat tire fixed [but completely covered under our warrenty] we were stuck at home for two days. And it left my mood ... deflated. I didn't want to do ANYTHING. But you know what? This week is a new week!

Onto this week's goals:

1. Strip all the bathroom and kitchen towels
2. Deep clean the bathrooms
3. Find a frame for my 3DD autographs and hang them up
4. Celebrate turning 27 !!!
5. Read a chapter in my book -- gotta keep going until its finished!
